We are proud to offer our patients the convenience of flat-rate dental care with no out-of-pocket expenses. We are participating providers of HCF’s More For Teeth and HBF Members Plus to make it possible for you to get excellent services at an affordable price. Members eligible for flat-rate rebates can often obtain their regular dental cleanings, x-rays, and checkups without out-of-pocket expenses.
