Using Humm at our clinic is a straightforward five-step process. From selecting your payment to managing repayments, everything is handled at your convenience.

01 Select Humm at Checkout

When booking or paying for your appointment, let our team know you would like to pay with Humm. They will walk you through the next steps at the counter.

02 Complete Your Humm Application

Download the Humm app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit humm.com.au to apply online. Follow the prompts to enter your personal details and submit your application.

03 Application Review and Approval

Humm typically processes applications and notifies you of the outcome promptly. Once approved, your account is activated, and you can proceed with your dental care.

04 Enjoy Your Treatment

Go ahead with your dental procedure as planned. Humm manages your payment schedule in the background, so no large upfront payment is required. You can focus on your care rather than the cost.

05 Manage Your Instalments Online

Track your repayments and manage your account through the Humm app or website. You can also make early repayments at no extra charge, giving you ongoing control.

Eligibility Requirements for Humm Payment

To apply for a Humm account, you will need to meet the following criteria:

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must be permanently employed, working at least 25 hours per week, or receiving an aged or veterans’ pension.
You must not have previously declared bankruptcy.
You must have a valid mobile number and meet Humm’s credit assessment criteria.
